Job Summary

The overall responsibility of ECD program officer is to assist the national ECD coordinator in academic administration of ECD programs. This includes coordination with regions and other stakeholders, event management, compilation and dissemination of ECD related data, recording and record keeping, and providing logistic support in procurement and other administrative activities.

The position will be based in Islamabad and report to national ECD coordinator.

Specific Key Deliverables

  • Liaise with the regional ECD coordinators for follow up of targets and tasks
  • Collect and compile data and develop reports
  • Coordinate with admin and procurement and other departments for purchase of materials
  • Organize events and provide logistic support in organizing ECD seminars, meetings and workshop
  • Assist National ECD coordinator in material development, planning and communication
  • Coordinate with other institution on need basis
  • Record keeping
  • Liaise with regions and MIS department at regional and national level for collection, compilation and dissemination of ECD related data
  • Write proceedings of meetings, seminars and other events
