MS Dynamics CRM Solutions Developer
- Ttest end-to-end MS Dynamics CRM applications encompassing user interfaces (UIs), application logic, and data modeling
- Configure entities, forms, and reports in MS Dynamics CRM based on user requirements
- Provide technical advice to development teams in the design, configuration, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of various solutions created using MS Dynamics CRM
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects, and IT professionals to maintain MS Dynamics CRM applications
- Assist and advise on the setup of development and infrastructure environments, helping with the identification of any issues or challenges
- Install, configure, and optimize technical installations of MS Dynamics CRM
- Perform troubleshooting/researching of technical issues with CRM instances, managing open incidents with help desk ticket system
- Advise on technologies and products that would benefit implementation of enterprise IT solutions using MS Dynamics CRM
- Provide technical support services relating to MS Dynamics CRM on an ad hoc, as-needed basis
What You’ll Need to be Successful:
- More than 3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems (MIS), or an equivalent degree is required
- Experience supporting Microsoft products (e.g. SQL Server and SharePoint)
- Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM organizations
- Ability to be internally motivated, with the ability to work proficiently both in a team environment and independently
- Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
- Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) status
