Key responsibilities & duties
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Labor laws.
- Manage end-to-end Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA) matters.
- Maintain effective liaison with labor departments, EOBI, PESSI, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Process WWF Programs i.e. Marriage Grant, Death Grant and Educational scholarships.
- All Statutory & Regulatory Labor Law Compliances.
- Support in managing labor related cases and visits to the labor court.
