An International Medical organization working in Pakistan, having MoU from the relevant authorities and Projects intervention is in KP and Punjab provinces is seeking a qualified and highly motivated applicant for [FLYING MEDICAL SUPERVISOR]; the position will be based in [DI-KHAN & KOHAT with the frequent travel to project sites/catchment area in KPK].
General objectives of the function:
Supervising, leading, and controlling all the medical/paramedical and clinical activities base on Organizational guidelines and strategies to ensure the delivery of quality medical support and medical care for beneficiaries;
Job Role;
Supervise the planning of medical activities on the field and the allocation of medical staff according to the needs;
Organize a weekly medical debriefing with the different medical teams;
Collect, analyze and send the weekly data and reports based on the directives of the Base Manager and the Medical Coordinator;
Ensure the highest quality of the medical services and activities in the field, through continuous monitoring, auditing, and on-site supervision-Provide clinical services directly, in case of need, in any of clinics;
In collaboration with the Medical Coordinator, adapt and/or update all the medical protocols, procedures and management tools according to the needs;
Supervise Pharmacy management and the data collection, the dispensing and supply activities;
Competencies: Conceptual Competencies: Leadership and Team Management/ Strategic planning and Vision/In-depth Analysis and Problem Solving
Transversal Competencies:
Attitude, behavior flexibility & Adaptability/Complexity and Stress Management/Emotional Intelligence, Creativity and Initiative
Technical Competencies:
Medical/Paramedical Management Competencies/Supervise and coach teams on SRH procedures, PHC procedures and medical emergency procedures /IT and computer-related skills (Microsoft pack);
Linguistic Skills:
Good communication skills in Pushto & English Language.
