• To contact prospective customers through letters, personal call and leads.
  • To entertain walk in customers.
  • To entertain customer calls and try to mature sale call leads to new sales (account / signup).
  • To maintain/acquire full knowledge of all products and services offered by Nayatel.
  • To work closely with existing customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • To establish new customers focusing primarily on organizations, large and emerging SME’s, as well as government departments and agencies.
  • To make all effort to increase sales to existing customer base.
  • To ensure all strategic and target customers are aware of company`s products and services.
  • To enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities
  • To maintain and strengthening long-term relationships with the corporate clients.
  • To monitor the market trends and competitors in the DSL/Fiber sector.
  • To coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth installation of Fiber services and recovery of initial invoice.
