KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and evaluate competitor activity.
  • Coordinate and manage various marketing campaigns, such as email, social media, SEO/SEM, and events.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential partnerships.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and industry influencers.

  • Monitor and analyze sales and market trends, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and business plans to senior management.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's reach and brand awareness.
  • Negotiate and close business deals with clients and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain the company's website and social media accounts.
  • Create content for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Conduct analytics to track and analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create effective sales materials and support their efforts.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of events and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience required is from years.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing metrics.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing techniques, as well as negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work with a Company in long run.
