We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Management Executive to oversee and maintain client accounts while delivering exceptional after-sales trucking services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving service issues, and ensuring a seamless experience through regular communication via cold calls and emails.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their trucking service needs and inquiries.
Maintain a detailed understanding of client accounts and ensure their expectations are met consistently.
Reach out to clients regularly through cold calls and emails to check in, update them on services, and offer additional solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling trucking services.Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric approach.
Prior experience in account management, customer service, or sales.
Ability to handle client issues effectively and provide innovative solutions.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.Salary: 60k -75k Plus Target based Commission
