· Create and manage engaging content for A7 Group social media, emails, and other digital communication channels.
· Work closely with our social media team, media buying and boosting agencies and media audit team and manage campaigns and ensure smooth delivery of SOW and deliverables.
· Has in-depth understanding of external channels management including social media channels and how to leverage the different channels.
· Research, track, and analyze market trends and consumer behavior to recommend and implement improvements to digital marketing strategies.
· Prepare detailed reports and analytics on the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including reach, engagement, ROI and KPIs.
· Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
· Develop and monitor budgets for digital marketing campaigns.
· Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing, implementing them effectively.
· Understands marketing and social media analytical tools (i.e. Google Analytics etc.) and takes the initiative to share ideas and ways forward to improve things that require improvement.
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work under strict deadlines and is able to come up with proactive solutions when required.
