Greet and welcome customers, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer incoming phone calls, direct them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
Maintain the reception area to be clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Provide basic and accurate information about company services (especially remittance and currency exchange).
Assist walk-in clients with forms, guidance, and direction to relevant departments.
Keep a log of visitors, maintain sign-in sheets, and issue visitor passes if needed.
Manage courier dispatch and receipt, and maintain records.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective flow of information and client service.
Handle basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
