We are looking for a dedicated and professional Male English Chat Support representative for our office-based night shift. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, be proficient in using various social media platforms, and have a good understanding of the USA home repairs industry.
Working Hours:
- 9 PM to 5 AM, Monday to Saturday
Salary: PKR 35,000 - 40,000 per month (Basic) + Bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple social media accounts effectively.
- Chat with customers, providing information about our services.
- Respond to customer inquiries, clarifying doubts and addressing concerns.
- Market our services to potential customers through chat platforms.
- Keep records and manage data on Google Sheets.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills, particularly in chatting.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms.
- Ability to use Google Sheets efficiently.
- Knowledge of the USA home repairs industry is a plus.
- Must be male and available for night shifts.
