We are seeking a new Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Communicating with the team lead about layout and design.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
- Testing graphics across various media
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
- Regularly collaborate with the marketing team
- Follow the company's brand guidelines
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
- Input music, dialogues, text, graphics, and effects
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related field.·
- Experience as a Video Editor or in a related field.·
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Demonstrable video editing skills with a strong portfolio.·
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.·
- Proficiency with required video editing tools, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro, Filmora, etc.·
- A strong eye for visual composition.·
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.·
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
