  • Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative functions of the school
  • Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the community
  • Develop and implement educational procedures and programs to enhance student learning outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching methods and curriculum
  • Oversee the recruitment and evaluation of teaching staff
  • Stay current with educational trends and advancements in teaching methodologies

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Principal/Administrator/Vice Principal OR 5+ years of teaching experience.
