Responsible for getting quotations from different vendors & preparing CS (Comparing Sheet)
Responsible for placements of PO (Purchase orders) & follow-up for timely deliveries
Responsible for negotiating with vendors for material quality, price, delivery & payment terms
Coordinating with Accounts/Finance department for timely release of payments as per agreed terms & conditions.
Provide general forecasting of supply needs & ensure purchasing plan is aligned
Update & uphold all standards related to materials like FEFO, FIFO, and LIFO, etc.
Strong grip on MS office
Any other task assigned by management
