The ideal candidate will maintain up-to-date trackers, provide weekly summaries, and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and timely.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and auditing records, following up on tasks with other team members, and handling communication with various companies to resolve issues, address complaints, or gather information.

• They will have strong communication skills in English and will be able to understand and carry out complex instructions.

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Time management.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is required.

• Certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Administrative Support, or a similar role.

• Experience with travel booking, including car rentals and hotel reservations, is highly desirable.

• Experience maintaining inventory records is highly desirable.

• Proven track record of managing tasks and responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

• Experience in customer service or dealing with external vendors is an advantage.

Specific Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills.

• Must be able to understand and follow complex instructions.

• Quick learner.
