We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales, with a strong background in companies like Zameen or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell residential properties at Al Kareem Apartments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in real estate.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in companies like Zameen or similar.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
