We are seeking a skilled and experienced Primavera P6 EPPM Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting Primavera P6 EPPM solutions, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of project management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Primavera P6 EPPM applications.
Assist with the implementation, configuration, and customization of Primavera P6 EPPM.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve system issues and improve system performance.
Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to help staff effectively utilize Primavera P6 EPPM.
Monitor and maintain system performance, including software updates and patch management.
Ensure data integrity and perform regular system backups.
Provide solutions and recommendations for process improvements related to project management systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience with Primavera P6 EPPM (minimum of 3 years).
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 EPPM modules and functionality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Experience with SQL databases and reporting tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
