We are looking for an “Shift Engineer- polymer/Chemical” for our PVC extrusion business located at Lahore.

An Ideal candidate will have hands-on management experience of managing plastic processing.

The incumbent will be responsible for leading the overall shift structure of the production.
He will be responsible for developing and implementing the SOP\'s and works closely with the factory team to ensure that the approved standards at the production floor level are implemented all the time.
He also ensures that the production process is at optimum efficiency and at the defined quality level with all the relevant parameters monitored & recorded.

Production planning and control
Waste control & reduction
Quality Control management
Minimize product defects at customer end
Human resource planning and management
Training of new recruits
Compounding and recipe control
Utilities maintenance
Product Research & Development trials
Top management reporting
Other tasks required by the company
