Accounts Manager

Alkhair Foam Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and manage a dynamic team of three accounting professionals. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of three accounting professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to aid in decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain the integrity of financial data.
Implement effective accounting systems and controls to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure financial accuracy.
Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable and receivable, and optimize cash management strategies.
Identify areas for improvement within the accounting processes and recommend appropriate solutions.
Train and develop accounting staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, ensuring the organization adapts to changes in the accounting landscape.
