ProAdvisor Bookkeeping & Tax Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented entry-level bookkeeper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to kickstart their career in accounting and finance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for review by senior staff.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide support as needed.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior internship or work experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus but not required.
