Al Rehman Security Company Pvt Ltd is looking for an Assistant Accounts Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for our company in ERP Software.
  • Ensure financial statements comply with laws and regulations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and other all entries.
  • Preparation of all kinds of vouchers i.e., Cash / Bank / JV, etc.
  • Assist with audits and tax filings
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Preparation of invoices to Clients 
  • Checking and processing vendor invoices and payments
  • Preparing Staff Salaries 
  • Good typing speed, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Scrutiny of different sorts of tasks
  • Outdoor work

Requirements: 

  • Age Minimum 30 or Above 
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Above
  • Clifton or nearby area candidates will be preferable 
  • Experience 3 years or above
