Generating leads, and contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and by social media. Timely replies to all queries are essential.
Handling customer's questions, inquiries, and complaints and sharing catalogs/deals
Managing the sales process through specific software and maintaining a CRM database. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Need daily updates.
Creating invoices for all orders and organizing information in folders, software, and Excel sheets. Cross-selling and up-selling products to increase purchase amount.
Obtaining deposits and balance of payments from clients and updating software keeping track of payments and ensuring orders don’t move forward without required payments.
Coordinating with the production team to ensure the right order moves forward and providing timely updates to clients.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets/goals and preparing reports
Maintaining client records, retargeting, and maintaining relationships with old clients.
Participating in sales team meetings.
Book appointment with prospective clients and cold calls.
Following strict timings

BASIC SALARY Rs. 65,000/-

Average salary after commission Rs. 125,000/-
