Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites for roads and buildings.
- Ensure that road and building construction projects are completed on time and in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure the success of both road and building projects.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to identify potential issues and provide solutions for roads and buildings.
- Monitor and report on project progress for both road and building projects, highlighting any delays or challenges.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at both road and building construction sites.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and site staff.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Associate Engineering or equivalent in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction or engineering industry, with a focus on both road and building projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and demanding construction site environment.
