Responsibilities

Receive and prioritize incoming dispatch requests from customers, ensuring timely responses.
Schedule and coordinate pickups and deliveries of vehicles with drivers to optimize route efficiency.
Communicate effectively with drivers, providing them with instructions and necessary updates regarding their routes.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data, track assignments, and monitor dispatch operations.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Monitor traffic conditions and adjust driver assignments to account for delays or obstacles.
Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including schedules, customer interactions, and driver performance.
Collaborate with drivers to ensure they have the necessary information and resources to complete their assignments.
Assist in developing and refining dispatch protocols to improve efficiency and service quality.
Stay updated on company policies and best practices to ensure compliance and safety in dispatch operations.
