We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, with a particular focus on social media strategies and content creation. As a Social Media Marketer at ASRA Digital, you will be responsible for building and executing social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, posts) tailored to the target audience on different social media channels.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry news to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and on-brand.
  • Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistency and quality in all posts.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure all social media content aligns with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Respond to audience inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner, fostering engagement.
  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to generate leads and conversions.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media tools, best practices, and trends to optimize content performance.
  • Report on social media performance regularly, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work towards achieving targets for lead generation, engagement, and traffic growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
  • Experience with paid advertising on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) is a plus.
