We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager of HR & Admin to support our HR and administrative functions. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring the efficient and effective management of human resources and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Administration: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and benefits information.

2. Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

3. Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork.

4. Employee Relations: Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.

5. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.

6. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.

7. Expense Reports: Process expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement to employees.

8. Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

9. Reporting: Assist in preparing and submitting HR-related reports, including employee data, turnover rates, and other HR metrics.

10. Special Projects: Assist with special projects, including HR-related initiatives, employee engagement activities, and other projects as assigned.

Requirements

1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related field.

3. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

4. Knowledge: Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, including employment laws and benefits administration.
