Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Truck Dispatch Campaign - Sales Agents. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting our truck dispatch services to potential clients, managing customer accounts, and maximizing sales opportunities within the trucking industry. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Salary Structure

Freshers: 30k to 40k basic salary
Experienced Agents: 40k to 60k basic salary (depending on your previous experience)

Commission Criteria:

For Sales: 10k per sale (After 2 active sales)

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in sales or customer service
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals
Knowledge of the trucking industry and dispatch services is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
