The Manager Applications will lead a team of web and application developers, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of web and mobile-based applications to support business needs. The role requires technical leadership, project management, and hands-on expertise in web and application development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web/application developers, providing technical guidance and project oversight.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of web and mobile applications, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Develop clean, scalable, and efficient code while enforcing best practices for unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment).
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Work with Linux-based systems, utilizing command-line tools and scripting where necessary.
Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems, working with APIs and relational databases.
