Chief Operational Officer

We are seeking a visionary Chief Operations Officer (CTO) to lead our technology team and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and dissemination of technology across all areas of the company, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement the company’s technology strategy to align with its business goals.
Monitor and assess technological trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

2. Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage the technical team, ensuring productivity and growth.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

3. Project Management:

Oversee the development and deployment of technology solutions, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with project managers to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.

4. Technology Development:

Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve products and services.
Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of the company’s technology infrastructure.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate technology strategies to stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Serve as a technical advisor to the CEO and other executive team members.

6. Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate technical risks.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and security standards.

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience (8+ years) in senior technical roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, software development, and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse technical teams and deliver large-scale projects.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management tools and software development methodologies.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity, cloud computing, and DevOps practices.
