ROLE:

The purpose of this role is to business partner with the Commercial, Operations and Finance Teams

1. Improving forecast accuracy within the Procurement & Supply Chain department. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising & implementing planning tools & processes as part of the S&OP internal process. ( Sales and operations planning (S&OP) is an integrated planning process that aligns demand, supply, and financial planning and is managed as part of a company's master planning. S&OP is designed and executed to support executive decision-making related to approving a feasible and profitable material and financial plan. )

2. Maintaining optimal inventory levels in our distribution centre and managing demand with Brand Partners

3. Minimise short-dated stock

4. Develop key metrics and measurements to ensure delivery of consistent service levels with key customers

REQUIREMENTS: 

  1. Previous experience in a Demand/Supply planning role within a fast-FMCG   environment
  2. Strong IT abilities, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  3. Exceptional time management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  5. Collaborative, he/she will interface with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders in Brand House
  6. Manage inbound load delivery to match demand requirements and optimise outbound loads to customer
  7. Assesses current inventory, growing conditions, seasonality, promotional activity and logistics situation to determine order quantities.
  8. Understanding of procurement, logistics and inventory management practices.
