Job Responsibilities:
- Our BPO Associates / Agents will be providing BPO services to our Clients in the USA, completing daily assigned tasks, carrying out professional services,
- Outbound calling, Telemarketing, Achieving daily targets, and Making customers understand the program. Other responsibilities may include:
- Cold call prospects to sell/ Pitch product
- Use scripts to provide information about the product’s features and benefits.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Skills:
- Candidates should have good English Communication skills (Written& Spoken)
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Customer service experience and customer-centric attitude
