Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Sale and Rental Manager Female to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in managing commercial property transactions, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the sale, leasing, and rental of commercial properties, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.
Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive pricing and rental rates.
Handle property listings, marketing campaigns, and client inquiries.
Coordinate property showings and inspections for potential buyers and tenants.
Negotiate and close property sales, leases, and rental agreements.
Prepare contracts, lease agreements, and other related documentation.
Ensure compliance with local property laws and regulations.
Provide regular updates and reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and market trends.
Collaborate with the legal and finance teams for smooth transaction processing.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of proven experience in commercial property sales and rentals.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional networks.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
