We're seeking a somewhat skilled and passionate Assistant Baker to join our bakery! As an Assistant Baker, you'll play a crucial role in crafting delicious treats, ensuring precision and quality in every item. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help the head chef prepare and bake high-quality cinnamon rolls, donuts, cookies, and selected bakery items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
  • Follow recipes and production schedules
  • Collaborate with the bakery team to meet daily targets
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • Some baking experience (preferably in a commercial bakery)
  • strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
  • Attention to detail and precision
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality products
  • Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 25 lbs)

Work Schedule:

 Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM (you get one day off)
