We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Meta’s Ads Manager, a performance-first mindset, and a track record of successful ROI-focused campaigns across multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies.
Build and maintain custom and lookalike audiences based on performance data.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Collaborate with the creative team to design high-converting ad creatives.
Stay up to date with Meta Ads platform changes, policies, and best practices.
Manage media budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and lead generation.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Proven track record of running successful campaigns (lead generation, e-commerce).
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Pixel & UTM tracking.
Ability to create campaign reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Knowledge of funnel strategy, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
Nice to Have:
Experience with other paid platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Zapier, or reporting dashboards.
Arabic language proficiency is a plus (but not required).
