We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Officer to join our team. If you have a strong background in administration, accounting, and office management, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, and financial records
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll processing
  • Coordinate procurement, inventory, and office supplies management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field 
  • 2+ years of experience in administration & accounts (preferably in manufacturing) 
  • Proficiency in MS Office & accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP preferred) 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
