Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates to provide interview details and respond to queries.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure the applicant tracking system (ATS) is up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and postings for open roles.
- Coordinate recruitment events, such as career fairs and recruitment drives.
- Prepare interview schedules, assessments, and other materials for interview panels.
- Support the offer process, including preparing offer letters and contracts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in managing pre-employment checks and background verification.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Optimize the recruitment process and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
- Lead the development and execution of employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
