Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide interview details and respond to queries.
  • Maintain candidate records and ensure the applicant tracking system (ATS) is up to date.
  • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and postings for open roles.
  • Coordinate recruitment events, such as career fairs and recruitment drives.
  • Prepare interview schedules, assessments, and other materials for interview panels.
  • Support the offer process, including preparing offer letters and contracts.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in managing pre-employment checks and background verification.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  •  Optimize the recruitment process and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Lead the development and execution of employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
