Responsibilities:
- Manage and process online orders efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Track shipments and update customers on their order status.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional campaigns are reflected in order processing.
- Assist in managing returns and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in order processing, dispatch, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using order management systems and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
