Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

CA or ACCA certification is required.
4-6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the chemical distribution or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Chempax, NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
