We are looking for a results-driven Third-Party Manufacturing Manager with a strong background in chemical manufacturing and a proven track record of managing third-party production partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a Chemical Degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and exceptional communication skills in English. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and compliance of our third-party manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage relationships with third-party manufacturers to ensure production meets quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate third-party manufacturing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess manufacturing capabilities and adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with third-party manufacturers to optimize costs and ensure favorable terms.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to third-party manufacturers to resolve production challenges.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including production reports, quality metrics, and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, with a focus on third-party manufacturing management.
  • Strong understanding of chemical production processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to visit third-party manufacturing sites.
