Manufacturing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Third-Party Manufacturing Manager with a strong background in chemical manufacturing and a proven track record of managing third-party production partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a Chemical Degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and exceptional communication skills in English. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and compliance of our third-party manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage relationships with third-party manufacturers to ensure production meets quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing processes.
Monitor and evaluate third-party manufacturing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess manufacturing capabilities and adherence to contractual agreements.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with third-party manufacturers to optimize costs and ensure favorable terms.
Provide technical support and guidance to third-party manufacturers to resolve production challenges.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including production reports, quality metrics, and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, with a focus on third-party manufacturing management.
Strong understanding of chemical production processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to travel as needed to visit third-party manufacturing sites.
