Production Incharge / Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Incharge/Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our production department, ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and the production process runs efficiently and safely. As a key member of the team, you will lead a group of production workers, manage resources, ensure proper training, and resolve any operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the production team, ensuring productivity targets and quality standards are consistently met.
Plan and organize the production schedule, ensuring an efficient and timely process.
Monitor the production workflow and address any issues or bottlenecks to ensure minimal disruption to the production line.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe work environment and addressing safety concerns promptly.
Perform regular checks on machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition and arranging for maintenance as necessary.
Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, ensuring timely procurement and minimizing production delays.
Implement quality control procedures to maintain high product quality and reduce defects.
Provide training, support, and performance feedback to production staff to improve skills and productivity.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and any issues that arise during production.
Work closely with other departments, such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any production-related concerns.
Troubleshoot production problems, identify root causes, and work with the team to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle production issues promptly.
Good understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and production scheduling.
A degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
