  • Educate customers on DBS Solutions’ services and products
  • Identify customer needs and communicate solutions effectively during video sessions
  • Ensure positive customer experiences and follow up on critical issues
  • Assist multiple customers simultaneously and maintain support logs
  • Foster a supportive, positive work environment within the team
