Software Engineer

CodeAxiss is seeking a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on creating high-quality software solutions using your expertise in JavaScript. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions that meet our clients' needs. As a Software Engineer, you will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from determining user requirements to testing and debugging applications. Although you will not be managing a team, your ability to work independently and contribute as a team player is vital to our success. With a minimum of three years of experience, you will play an integral part in the development of our next-generation software applications, ensuring our products remain competitive in a rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and implement software applications using JavaScript and related technologies.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Investigate and troubleshoot software issues, debugging and resolving errors to ensure optimal performance.
Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback that enhances code quality.
Conduct testing and validation of software to ensure robustness and reliability before deployment.
Document software designs, technical specifications, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skillset and software development practices.
Contribute to team meetings, providing insights and updates on ongoing projects and challenges.
