We are seeking an experienced and skilled eBay Expert to manage and optimize our eBay presence. As an eBay Expert, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of performance on the eBay platform.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize eBay listings for maximum visibility and sales
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and customer feedback
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on eBay's policies, changes, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date with eBay's latest features, tools, and policies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing an eBay store or selling on eBay
- In-depth knowledge of eBay's policies, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with eBay Seller Hub, listing tools, and other eBay features
Nice to Have:
- Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies
- Experience with eBay's API and third-party tools
- Certification as an eBay Seller or eBay Expert
