MODE OF OPERATION
The company not only sells the equipment directly to the clients but also import machines on its own account, stocks them in its warehouses and sells them on local ex-stock Karachi basis to its prospective clients all over Pakistan. The company advertises in the national newspapers for its products. It also prints local leaflets in English and local national language (Urdu) and circulate the same by post to thousands of our clients all over Pakistan. The company also has an audio-visual / conference room in our office where it trains our customer’s engineers by showing them video films of its products which act as a very impressive sales technique. The company also organizes seminars/lecturers and practical demonstration of our products from time to time in all the important cities of Pakistan. We have sales staffs, who visit clients regularly on a day to day basis because direct contact is the most important sales technique.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE
The company has a full-fledged service and spare parts division staffed by foreign trained engineers and several service assistants to take on demanding service jobs in the field. The company has a very broad technical base and the capability to handling any service assignment in the field benefiting from its wide product line. The service department is able to provide comprehensive installation, commissioning, preventive and breakdown maintenance service to all its products sold by the company, in its sales territory of Pakistan. The service department also enters into service contracts with the company’s clients to address the equipment service needs of the client on a regular basis, at the site of the installation, anytime, anywhere in Pakistan.

The department is also equipped with a mobile workshop to allow for onsite break down maintenance within hours of the fault being reported to the Service Department, assuring client’s peace of mind.

INSTALLATION – COMMISSIONING SERVICES
Our company has factory trained technical personnel to provide installation and commissioning services to all our clients for all our products, which we sell to them. Installation and commissioning services include help in developing of installation area, detailed guidance on machines installation, supervision, routine maintenance procedures and technical support, which the client may require regarding any aspect of the installation process.

The relevant documentation for this activity is completed in detail by our technical personnel. This documentation is invariably required by our valued principals to extend to us the warranty coverage and warranty activation for the machines.

Our technical people keep a working liaison with technical experts at our principal’s office to ensure all issues are handled as per their guidance and their help and assistance is sought as and when required.

AFTER SALES PRODUCT SUPPORT SERVICES
Our company provides after-sales service at the doorstep of the clients. Our field service team is equipped with all the relevant tools to provide after-sales service for all our products sold to our customers. This is appreciated by our clients as most of the equipment sold by us cannot be removed from our client’s premises to a specialized workshop.

We actively collaborate with technical personnel of the clients to provide preventive and predictive maintenance. We educate our clients on the importance of predictive maintenance and the relevance of the productive maintenance to ensure maximum up time of our equipment at their premises and that customer may derive the maximum value from their investment.

We also engage in condition monitoring activities at the client’s premises as part of predictive maintenance services to spot operational problems very early, help rectify them and avoid them in future.

Probably the most important contribution in the field by us is the culture which we promote at our clients premises with respect to maintenance services with special emphasis on preventive and predictive maintenance which ensures customers peace of mind and helps all of us avoid major breakdowns which cost customers a lot of money.

SPARE PARTS DIVISION
We have a full-fledged Spare Parts Division manned by foreign trained Spare Parts Manager. We keep a good inventory of spare parts for almost all the products we handle and these spares can be supplied any time anywhere in Pakistan at short notice.

Spare parts carried in stock by our company for all our clients who are using our products and actively purchase spare parts from us. We have comprehensive database of all our products which we have sold to-date and the same is monitored with respect to stocking and sales to our customers. We continuously educate our customers of the value of the genuine spare parts and how it saves money and down time. This helps the customer to realize the imperatives of after-sales service and genuine spare part and at the same time also helps our principals to generate good volume of sales from spare parts.

Our Spare Parts Department is staffed by foreign trained manager to manage inventory effectively and ensure that stock outs do not occur of critical parts and components.

Further, in order to ensure that our clients always have access to genuine spare parts, we have established system and liaison with all our principals wherein they can priority ship us critical parts and emergency parts at short notice to ensure customer does not suffer long down times when faced with unforeseen eventualities.
