Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and provide support to staff regarding HR-related matters.
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to upskill employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and provide recommendations for employee growth.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
