Deputy Manager Product Development (Washing)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 12 professionals in the development and implementation of new washing techniques.
Drive the creation of innovative and effective washing processes that meet product specifications and customer needs.
Collaborate with design teams to integrate washing innovations into the overall product development cycle.
Establish and oversee rigorous trial and testing procedures for new washing processes to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage the development and documentation of washing recipes, ensuring they are accurate and easily accessible.
Continuously research and evaluate new washing technologies and methodologies to enhance product quality.
Facilitate training sessions for team members on new washing techniques and processes to ensure seamless execution.
Work closely with the production team to address any challenges faced during the implementation of washing processes.
Monitor and report on the performance of washing processes and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to washing processes.
