- Candidate must have Good corporate experience in real estate field.
- Responsible for maintaining accuracy and functionality of the CRM database.
- Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM system.
- Develop and implement client engagement techniques that will convert new customers and retain existing customers.
- Assist with organizing promotional events to reach perspective customers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify customer support and technical problems and resolve them.
- Responsible for collections of installment payments.
- Reconciliation of payments with Finance department.
- Responsible for addressing client's quires.
- Assist clients with the site visits.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or similar preferred.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Experience
- Previous experience in data collections, administrative , or a similar role.
- Experience with industry software such as ERP or similar.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
