We are looking for an energetic and motivated Upwork Bidder with a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT project bidding. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the IT industry, and the ability to craft compelling proposals that attract potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Write and submit high-quality proposals to secure projects for the company.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their project requirements.
- Negotiate project terms, scope, and budgets.
- Work closely with our technical team to align proposals with our service offerings.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in bidding on Upwork or similar platforms.
- Experience working with software development-related Upwork profiles.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and digital services.
- Ability to work onsite in Johar Town, Lahore.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
