UI / UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Designer to lead the design cycle of our web and SaaS applications. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that align with modern best practices in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with other member of teams including developers, and other stakeholders. You will manage projects from conception to final hand-off, maintaining high-quality outputs and user-centered design processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle UI Design
   • Own the end-to-end UI design process for web and mobile applications, from initial concept sketches to final high-fidelity mockups and prototypes in Figma.
2. User Experience Principles
   • Apply basic yet critical UX principles (information architecture, user flows, wireframes) to ensure designs are not only visually appealing but also highly usable and accessible.
3. Design Systems & Consistency
   • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure a cohesive visual language across products.
   • Collaborate with product managers and developers to integrate these systems seamlessly into production.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   • Work alongside backend and front-end teams to ensure design feasibility and maintain pixel-perfect implementation.
   • Participate in design and product reviews, offering strategic insights and design expertise.
5. Portfolio & Dribbble Showcase
   • Present a strong portfolio of past work, ideally showcased on Dribbble, reflecting experience in designing clean, modern SaaS solutions and responsive interfaces.
6. Iteration & Testing
   • Conduct user testing or gather feedback to validate design decisions.
   • Iterate quickly based on feedback, analytics, and product requirements.
7. Asset Delivery & Documentation
   • Prepare and deliver all design assets, style guides, and interactive prototypes to developers.
   • Document design decisions for easy reference and future scalability.

Required Qualifications

1. Experience & Portfolio
   • Minimum of 2 years’ experience designing web and mobile applications, including SaaS products.
   • A solid portfolio (preferably on Dribbble) showcasing high-end, clean, and user-centric design work.
2. Figma Expertise
   • Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and creating design systems.
   • Familiarity with auto-layout, component libraries, and advanced Figma features.
3. UX & UI Principles
   • Good understanding of user experience fundamentals: user flows, hierarchy, accessibility, and usability.
   • Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive interface designs.
4. Design Systems & Branding
   • Proven ability to create and maintain consistent design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
   • Demonstrated understanding of typography, color theory, iconography, and layout principles.
5. Collaboration & Communication
   • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers) to drive design solutions.
   • Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and lead design reviews.
6. Tools & Processes
   • Familiarity with prototyping tools, user testing platforms, and modern design collaboration workflows.
   • Basic knowledge of front-end principles (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
