Demas Al-Arabia Logistics is calling out ( Experienced) Logistics coordinators to look after day to day Operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Auction all email with minimum response time
- Day to day updating of internal sheets and Company's Web Portals
- Timely documentation Delivery Orders, Bill of Lading, Release Docs, Proof of Delivery, Rate con, Load Con etc
- Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck driver's) as required
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers and truckers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
The Skill Set
- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
- Prior experience in a Logistics Organization is strongly preferred
- Supply Chain graduates / Undergraduates (Last Year) are highly encouraged to apply
- Quick Learner and keen on working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can handle overseas customers over the call
- Problem-solving skills, Decision making ability
- Familiar with basics of Ms Excel - Can understand and analyze data
- Experience may substitute for education - if applicant has strong knowledge
