We are seeking Business Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations, research initiatives, and educational program development. This role offers the chance to work on impactful projects in behavioral science and business management while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation & Research:Conduct market research, compile detailed reports, and maintain organized records using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Educational Curriculum Support:Assist in designing and updating program materials related to behavioral therapy and developmental programs.
Project Coordination:Manage project timelines, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure timely task completion.
Graphic Design & Digital Marketing (Preferred):Create basic visuals for presentations, marketing materials, and social media campaigns.
Communication & Collaboration:Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners, maintaining clear and professional communication.

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy, or related fields.
Experience:2-3 years in behavioral sciences, business management, or similar domains.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media schedulers) is a plus.
Communication:Excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to present research and data clearly.
Time Zone Availability:Must be available to work remotely during 9 AM - 5 PM CST (Chicago time).
Additional Skills:Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to dynamic business needs in a startup environment.
